Profit sharing is calculated based on your property’s tier classification and monthly performance. Tier A properties receive 2.5% of our company’s monthly profit, while Tier B properties receive 1.8%. This is in addition to your regular 85% revenue after our 15% management fee.

Our 15% management fee covers complete property management including: OTA management, guest communication, maintenance coordination, housekeeping oversight, marketing, photography, financial reporting, and 24/7 support.

Yes! Properties are reviewed every 6 months for tier upgrades based on performance metrics including occupancy rates, revenue growth, guest reviews, and overall profitability.

We currently manage properties across Indonesia with focus on Bali, Jakarta, Yogyakarta, and other major tourism destinations. We’re expanding to new regions regularly.

We require a minimum 12-month management agreement to ensure sufficient time for optimization and results. However, we’re confident in our performance-based approach.

We have a network of trusted local contractors and respond to maintenance issues within 24 hours. Emergency issues are handled immediately with 24/7 on-call support.
